Today, I would like to post a link to a fascinating account of a so-called "Close Encounter Of the 5th Kind" (CE-5; meaning: "Human-initiated encounter with ET Intelligence"), a term introduced by astronomer and UFO scientist, Dr. J. Allen Hynek.¹ The following article sheds some light onto some of the outstanding things which are going on right now, and which have not been realized by the general public yet. The article was written by Dr. Steven M. Greer, founder of the Disclosure Project, and International Director of CSETI, an organization founded with the goal to establish contact with Extraterrestrial Intelligence (ETI) which are visiting the earth. The article in question is entitled "The Peace Project - Outreach to the Cosmos".

For anyone who regards this as too far fetched: Particularly in Mexico, UFO sightings as the one described here - taking place in the Monterrey area -, are quite frequent, as the following article confirms. The only problem is that those events haven't been covered yet by the so-called "mass media" (and on the large scale they deserve).

Note: The photograph above was taken in March, 1990 in Belgium and shows a craft similar to the one observed by the CSETI team in Mexico. I edited the image insofar as to reduce the gamma somewhat, since the original scan was apparently made on a Windows PC with an uncorrected system gamma.

Initially, there were three degrees, labelled "CE-1", "CE-2", and "CE-3". The term "CE-5" was, as to my knowledge, introduced by Dr. Greer, though.
